Dear CLL Baseball and T-Ball Families:
Centennial Little League will be hosting our Fundraising Casino at the Deerfoot Inn & Casino March 12-13, 2023. This Casino is an important and integral fundraiser for the Association and helps provide additional funds for Diamond permits, equipment, jerseys, etc… Without this substantial fundraising all of our baseball fees would be considerably higher.
We have 6 key volunteer positions that we need filled to make this a successful fundraiser for our association; General Manager, Banker, Count Room Supervisor, Count Room Volunteers, Cashiers and Chip runners. Please see below for Job Descriptions of each position. Please note a couple of these positions may require some additional paperwork that we will forward to to complete and sign.
Each Shift you and your family can volunteer for is worth 8 Points towards your volunteer Commitment. (https://www.cllbaseball.ca/cll/VolunteerPositions) All volunteers must be 18 Years or older.

Volunteer Position Descriptions:
General Manager:

Computer Literate - Works in the Cash Cage

Participates in the opening and closing of the casino.

Supervises the Cash Cage.

Witnesses "Cash Outs" from players through Cashier.

Fills in for Banker when they are on a break.

Covers for all volunteer positions.

Runs cash through money machines, amalgamates each drop box.
